What the form collects

The contact form may ask for your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact channel, and notes about your ring idea or question. If you message Miruu through Messenger, Meta may also process your Messenger account and message details under Meta's own terms.

How Miruu can use it

Miruu can use these details to respond to your inquiry, contact you through your preferred channel, understand your ring idea, and prepare the next consultation step.

Who may receive it

Your details may be reviewed by Miruu team members who handle custom ring consultations, store follow-up, and customer support.

Website measurement

Miruu uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for basic website analytics, including page visits, page interactions, and consultation-path performance. This helps Miruu understand whether the site is working for visitors and where inquiries start.

For this GA4 launch step, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tags, Microsoft Clarity, and hard lead conversion tags are not active. Google Search Console may be verified separately through DNS in Cloudflare so Miruu can see search visibility for miruu.ph; it is not a visitor-tracking pixel on the page.

Personal consultation details such as name, email, phone number, Messenger ID, and free-text notes are not sent into analytics, advertising, search, or session-recording events.

Analytics choice

Basic analytics is on by default for this browser. You can opt out at any time; if you opt out, Miruu will stop loading Google Tag Manager for future page loads in this browser and will stop sending Miruu website events where reasonably possible.

How long it is kept

Consultation details should be kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, customer follow-up, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. Website analytics records may be retained inside Google Analytics according to Miruu's analytics settings and Google's policies.

Your choices

You may ask Miruu to review, correct, or remove your submitted details, subject to applicable requirements and legitimate business records. You can also adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
